4. User-Submitted Content
If the Service allows you to upload images or other content, you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that content. By uploading content you grant JigsawPuzzlet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You must not upload content that:
- Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
- Is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Contains personal data of third parties without their consent.
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and the overall "look and feel" of JigsawPuzzlet are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
The puzzle engine software is the exclusive property of JigsawPuzzlet. All rights reserved.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JigsawPuzzlet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is £0 / $0).
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time via the Account Settings page. Deletion removes your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, subject to our data retention obligations.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
